Additional Inspection Services:
Thermal Imaging is an advanced technology that can reveal defects invisible to the naked eye. This specialized and non-invasive method is a valuable addition to a general property inspection, because it can be used to detect heat loss, hot spots such as issues with the electrical panel, moisture damage, or even pests. We advise adding thermal imaging services to make your inspection even more comprehensive.
Mold contamination poses a serious threat to a property’s structures and to the health of a buildings occupants. Mold can be difficult to detect, but our Mold Inspection can determine if red flags exist and whether further testing is recommended to determine the presence and type of mold found. We can advise regarding any remediation and clearance needed to eliminate and prevent future infestations.
Mold identification and removal is specialized work that requires special training and testing equipment. Lab work will also be required in most cases to make an accurate assessment of strain infestations. Not all inspectors are capable of providing this service due the danger and potential toxicity involved.
We are available for oversight on ongoing construction projects. Contact us for further information on this service.
